STD / STI Testing and Treatment
(Dellwood Location Only)
WHAT WE OFFER: Confidential STD/STI testing and treatment at our Dellwood location. We’ll review symptoms and exposure, perform the right tests (urine, bloodwork, and/or swabs when needed), and provide a clear plan for treatment, partner guidance, and prevention - including PrEP, PEP and Doxy-PEP when appropriate.
PRIVACY NOTE: If confidentiality is a major concern, ask about self-pay. Insurance billing may generate an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) or other communications from your health plan.
Paper intake is completed in clinic at check-in.
Our Services
We provide confidential STD/STI care focused on testing, treatment when appropriate, prevention, and partner guidance. We tailor testing to your symptoms and exposure (oral/vaginal/anal) and may use urine, bloodwork, and/or swabs.
Common infections we evaluate and test for include chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomonas, syphilis, herpes, HIV, hepatitis B/C, and HPV/genital warts (evaluation). If results are positive, we’ll provide a clear plan for treatment, next steps, and follow-up.

SELF-PAY + CONFIDENTIALITY
If privacy is a major concern, ask about our self-pay option. Self-pay can be more confidential because we do not submit a claim to your insurance when you choose self-pay. If you use insurance, your plan may send an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) or other communications about your visit. If you’re covered as a dependent on someone else’s plan, that information may be sent to the policyholder.
If you want added privacy while using insurance, you may be able to request “confidential communications” from your health plan (for example, asking the plan to send mail to a different address).
Important note: some STI results must be reported to public health as required by law. This is separate from insurance billing.
